Who can use Sidideal ?

Anyone who is an actual owner of the property and willing to sell or any one who is willing to buy property.

What is Owner Login Section ?

This section is only for property owners.

What is Buyer Section ?

This section is for buyers who are willing to buy or make offer for a property they are interested in.

How we verify Ownership ?

While uploading property details we request all owners to upload the part of the transfer letter or file image which clearly shows owner name and plot details.

In that image we will check the Seller's Profile; name must match the information available on owner's transfer letter.

How we can make an offer to any property?

Each property posted on sidideal has option to receive offers from buyers. Any buyer can send their offer to the actual owner of that property while owner has the option to accept or decline the offer.
