HomeMatch has rethought the apartment search. In contrast to classic real estate portals, you don't have to actively search for apartments with us. The HomeMatch algorithm will now do this for you. He looks for apartments that meet your requirements and suggests that the respective landlords invite you to view the apartment. If the landlord agrees to our algorithm's suggestion, the apartment will be displayed to you in the app. If you like the apartment on offer, you can arrange a viewing appointment in the app and then apply digitally. We have designed the registration process so that you can complete your apartment applications in a time-saving manner with just a few clicks.

Creating a matching profile is free of charge. If you find your dream apartment via HomeMatch and, at your express request, a rental agreement is sent to you for you to sign, we will charge you a success fee of between CHF 79 and CHF 279. The exact fee amount will be displayed in the apartment offers. It is only available for off-market rental properties, i.e. h. Contingency fees will be charged for apartments that were not or were not yet advertised on other platforms when the offer was received.
