Existencias360 brings physical inventory counting to the warehouse floor. The assistant has their phone in hand, and the coordinator sees the progress in real time, without waiting for someone to transcribe forms at the end of the day.

FIELD COUNTING
Each assistant receives their assigned locations and counts what's in front of them. The barcode scanner identifies the item without typing, and the app notifies the system when a location has been closed so no one counts the same item twice.

MULTIPLE COUNTS, NO FORMS
First count, second count, and recount focused on the items that didn't match. The system decides what needs to be recounted and who to assign it to, instead of sending someone to go through the entire warehouse.

MOVEMENT DURING THE COUNT
The operation doesn't always stop. Everything that enters or leaves the inventory during counting is recorded with its time and location, and the discrepancy is adjusted on the counting side: if the operator saw 70 units after a count of 30, the result is 100. The client's theoretical inventory is never modified; the audit compares and reports.

LIVE PROGRESS TRACK
Progress dashboards are available by warehouse, by task, and by assistant. The coordinator can see which locations are missing, who is behind schedule, and which items have discrepancies, while the count is still open.

RECONCILIATION AND CLOSING
At closing, each item is classified as: matched, missing, overage, or out of stock. The report details the location from which each validated unit is taken, so the discrepancy can be traced back to the shelf.

MULTI-COMPANY AND SECURITY
Each company sees only its own data. Access is by invitation from the administrator, with separate profiles for assistants, supervisors, and coordinators.
