MANAGE IRD ORDERS & HOUSEKEEPING REQUESTS
- Receive tickets specific to your team - IRD orders for F&B team, and housekeeping requests for Housekeeping team - automatically with a buzzer alarm.
- Switch between teams (F&B or Housekeeping) if you have admin role.
- View ticket details such as room number, items ordered with quantity & customisations, total bill value, on-time/delayed status and SLA countdown timer.
- Assign tickets to team members or yourself for better tracking and delivery.
- Close tickets after completing delivery to the guests.
- Track time taken to assign and close tickets against SLA.
