RoSa

RoSa is an organization that connects each member individually, enhances the psychological safety of the organization, and raises the awareness of participation by sharing the present (thoughts and appearances) of team members and exchanging positive emotions to give RoSa points to each other. It is an internal SNS (social networking service).
We support the creation of an organization that leaves no one behind. It is effective as a support tool for recent SDGs and ESG management.
In addition, with the shift to IT, globalization, and population decline, there is an increasing need for members to co-create independently and have the ability to respond to social changes.
It is useful as an organizational change support tool to solve such problems.
