Haletna: Craftsmen & Neighbors

Haletna — Help Is Closer Than You Think.

Haletna brings your whole neighborhood into one app: trusted local craftsmen on demand, plus a marketplace for neighbors. Built for Sudan and launching in Khartoum, in Arabic first (right-to-left) and English.

1) Craftsmen services
Something broke at home? Haletna connects you to the nearest skilled, trusted worker in your area:
• Browse by trade (plumber, electrician, carpenter, painter, cleaner, AC technician, builder, gardener) and by neighborhood.
• See ratings and a "price from" before you decide.
• Open a craftsman's profile and request a job: describe it, pick a time, set your address, and drop an optional map pin.
• Chat inside the app, and track the craftsman on the map when they share their location on the way.
• When the work is done, mark the job complete and rate the craftsman.
• A "Verified" badge appears on craftsmen who passed a basic review.

2) Neighbors
Your neighborhood, in one feed:
• For-sale listings — buy and sell with people nearby.
• "Wanted" posts — ask for what you need from your area.
• Local news and announcements that matter to your block.
• Comments and direct messaging to sort things out easily.

Features
• Arabic (default) and English, with full right-to-left support.
• Sign in with your phone number and a password, plus an optional recovery email.
• Optional profile photo or avatar.
• Report any user or post and block anyone — our team reviews reports.
• Completely free.

Who is Haletna for?
For people in Khartoum's neighborhoods who need a trusted craftsman fast, and for neighbors who want to buy, sell, and stay connected. And for the Sudanese diaspora who want to arrange a service or repair for their family back home, from anywhere.

Trust & safety
Craftsmen are independent, and Haletna is the directory that connects you to them — ratings, the "Verified" badge, and reporting help you choose with confidence. No ads, and we never sell your data.
