The Hamza Al-Jabri platform app is exclusively for registered students of the institute. It consolidates the entire exam journey in one place: from the start of the exam to submitting answers, receiving your grade, and viewing your graded paper.

For students: • Stable answer uploads: Uploads resume after network interruptions and automatically restarts. The image is pressed on the device before sending for faster delivery on weak networks.

• A timer that runs in the background even when the app is closed.

• Notifications when the exam starts, reminders before it ends if you haven't submitted your answer, and notifications as soon as your grade is released.

• Detailed results page: Your grade for each question, your graded paper, and the model answer if available.

• A step-by-step illustrated tutorial that appears before each exam, demonstrating how to take a picture and upload your answer.

• Your account is linked to a single device, preventing anyone else from using it on your behalf.

For graders and proofreaders: • A complete correction studio on your phone: Smooth writing, erasing, rotating, and zooming capabilities, with layers that allow you to erase only the old grade during regrading. • The complete exam paper, including all questions, is displayed, with each question scoring independently and a final grade calculated.

• An archive displays previously graded papers and allows students to reopen their papers for editing.

For Follow-up and Attendance Staff
• Monitoring student cases, communicating with them, and managing in-person exams.

Privacy and Security
• Login is done using the student's code and name registered with the institute. All communication is encrypted.

• We do not collect geographic location, contact information, or any advertising identifiers, and we do not share student data with any commercial party.

Note: The application does not allow general registration and only works with accounts provided by the institute to its registered students.
