Parcel Proof Video

Parcel Proof Video is the packing-bench companion for the Parcel Proof Video app for Shopify. Your packers film each order as it goes into the box. The video uploads by itself and a private viewer link is saved on the Shopify order, so you have proof of exactly what shipped when a customer says an item was missing or damaged.

How it works
• Pair the phone once with a code from your Shopify admin (Parcel Proof Video > Devices).
• Tap an order in the pending list, or type its number.
• Check the items to pack, tap Start recording, and film the box being packed.
• Tap Stop & upload. The video attaches to the order and the viewer link is ready to share with your customer.

• Pending orders list so packers never type an order number twice
• Back, front or USB webcam (OTG) for fixed overhead setups on a tablet
• Optional 3 or 5 second countdown before recording starts
• 720p or 1080p video, with the microphone on or off
• Date, time and store watermark set centrally by the store owner
• Upload an existing clip when you've already filmed on another camera

Requirements
This app needs the Parcel Proof Video app installed on your Shopify store. Videos are stored securely and kept for the retention period the store owner chooses.
