The mobile application is created for Gallery Bouldering Centre customers.
Mobile application allows, among others, to:
- creat an account by a customer
- manage personal data in the profile, including selecting and deselecting consents, adding a profile photo, changing password
- check the schedule of classes taking place at the club using the schedule and available filters
- book places in classes, as well as resign from such a booking
- add classes to favorites
- preview of the customer's passes, including access to information about the validity of passes and/or the number of remaining entries
- display a QR code enabling entry to the club
- access the link to the dedicated Customer Panel website, where user can, among others: purchase passes giving access to the club
- check the address details of individual facilities on the network, as well as access to the club's e-mail address and social media links
- delete the account

Technical description:
Structure and functionalities of the dashboard:
The dashboard consists of interactive and static tiles that allow the user to take different actions depending on the type of tile.

Booking tiles
The user can perform the following actions:

- expand details by clicking, which allows the user to view a description of the class (if available).
- book an activity or cancel an existing booking.
- add an activity to the favorites list

Information tiles:
Tiles related to user passes are static and non-clickable. They display information about the status of the pass, such as the validity period, if the user has an active pass.

“My QR code” button:
A button is available on the dashboard that redirects the user to a dedicated subpage where the QR code is displayed. This code allows, among other things:
Entering the club through automatic gates.

The Dashboard has been designed in an intuitive manner, providing quick access to key user functions and information.

Functional description:
The users of the application are the clients of the sports club which ordered the application and uses it.
Application users make purchases on the club's website, which is a part of the entire system environment.
The application gives customers access to the club's shopping page link (Buy pass).
The application is used to display information about purchased services (periodical passes, entrance tickets) which are displayed on app's dashboard.
To use the app, you must register a user account. User can view the class schedule, edit personal information, access club's contact information, or generate a personalized QR code without having to purchase a pass.
A valid pass may be required to book classes and enter the club.
Taking screenshots of the user's QR code is blocked (access by "My QR Code" button).
Users can create an account directly in the mobile app by entering the registration. There is no fee charged to users for creating an account.
The only fees are for the ability to use and enter the sports club.
The application is protected against unauthorized use of access to the user account, including the QR access code, by third parties.
One account can only be used on one device at a time.

The administrator of personal data is the sports facility for which the application was created. The developer does not share user data with other companies or organizations.
