Harmony Hands is a mobile app designed to help users track and improve their hand independence through practice sessions. It features a Dashboard that provides an overview of statistics and allows for quick actions. The Exercises tab enables users to manage and review their hand independence exercises, including adding details such as title, duration, difficulty, date, and notes. Users can track their progress with detailed analytics available in the Progress tab. The Settings tab allows users to configure app preferences and settings. The app supports offline tracking of exercises, ensuring users can log their practice without needing an internet connection. Each exercise can be customized with specific parameters to suit individual practice needs. Users can view their historical data to monitor improvements over time.
