Guests can submit requests or complaints directly through the app, including text and optional images, ensuring quick and effective communication with hotel staff. All content is carefully moderated by the hotel team, maintaining a professional and safe environment. There is no chat between guests, and the app does not include private messaging, ensuring privacy and focus on essential hotel communication.

Hotels benefit from a dedicated web admin panel, where they can manage guests, send push notifications, and add products from their bar and restaurant, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. Hotels have full control over guest submissions, allowing them to moderate and remove any inappropriate content.

GuestCo leverages advanced notification technology using Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). Notifications are delivered reliably even when the app is running in the background or completely closed. On Android 13 and above, GuestCo requests notification permission on first launch in a professional way, similar to major apps like WhatsApp and Instagram, ensuring guests can receive important messages without interruption.

Privacy and data protection are a top priority. GuestCo only collects essential information required for hotel services, such as name, contact information, and optional content provided in complaints. Location sharing is optional and only active while using the app; it is never collected in the background. GuestCo does not collect sensitive personal data, such as private messages, political or religious beliefs, or orientation, ensuring a secure and respectful experience for all guests.
