AI-generated routines based on your level, time, and goal, with an exercise library and guided timer. Track your workouts and see your progress week by week.

Recipes tailored to your profile and what you have at home—you can add ingredients not listed in the catalog—, meal log, and daily hydration tracking.

Your data is yours. We don't sell information. You can delete your account in one tap from Account → Delete account, and everything is erased immediately.
