About BEAST Series

The BEAST Series provides participants with the unique opportunity to receive location based audio directions and commentary from the legendary commentator Phil Liggett ("The Voice of Cycling") and Team BikeExchange pro cyclists while the participants are actually riding a specific route on real roads.

Team BikeExchange is Australia's first UCI World Tour team and their high performance director, sport director and a number of the team’s pro cyclists will be providing insights into what mental and physical coping strategies the pro cyclists use when they are struggling during a race and also offer practical technique tips that participants can use right then and there to improve their performance – best of all, you will be listening to these tips as you ride so you can put them into practice immediately.

This is an opportunity to challenge yourself on the bike and explore your own BEAST mode while being guided by “The Voice of Cycling” and learning from the world’s best cyclists.

The features of the BEAST Series app are:
- Participant login; you must register for the BEAST Series to receive a login.
- Set a target time for your ride; the app will inform you of your progress relative to this target time.
- Receive location based audio directions, tips and insights as you ride along the route. These comments are triggered by your GPS location on the route.
- Record your ride; the app tracks your position on the route and captures your completion distance and time.
- Take photos before/after your ride within the app. Each photo is in a shareable format with a BEAST Series digital frame.
- View your completion time.
