Do you want to improve your health and physical condition and at the same time have a positive impact on the environment?
Thanks to the Healthy Cities Polska application, you will take part in the Healthy Cities challenge organized by the LUX MED Group.
The Healthy Cities Challenge promotes the idea of taking up physical activity that can be converted into steps. It is recommended to perform at least 6,000. steps per day. As a result, you can take care of your fitness, better health, the future of the planet, but also compete with other Participants.
When initiating the challenge, the LUX MED Group was guided by the slogan "there is no healthy person without a healthy environment". The campaign is a pro-ecological and health-promoting initiative.
The basis of the Healthy Cities challenge is to walk 6,000 steps a day for at least 30 days. Walking is the simplest form of physical activity that brings very beneficial effects to our health and well-being.
