GGC Delivery App

GGC Delivery App is the driver-side companion to Good as Gold's delivery operation. It turns the day's planned route into a simple list of stops, keeps the paperwork on the phone instead of in the cab, and posts every delivery, payment and photo straight back to the office in real time.

YOUR ROUTE, IN ORDER
Sign in and your stops appear in the sequence the dispatcher planned — not alphabetically, not by postcode. Each card shows the customer, the address, the quantity due and how far behind or ahead you are. Tap through for phone numbers, delivery notes and a one-tap link to directions.

PROOF THAT SETTLES DISPUTES
Capture photos or a short video at the door, collect a signature on the screen, and add a note about where you left the goods. Everything is timestamped and attached to the delivery record before you pull away, so a "we never got it" call three weeks later takes seconds to answer.

CASH AND CHEQUES, RECONCILED
Take cash or a cheque at the door, record the amount and the cheque number, and the payment is posted against the customer's account immediately. No end-of-day envelope, no re-keying, no cash that only exists on a scrap of paper.

WHEN A DELIVERY DOESN'T HAPPEN
Skip a stop with a reason, record a partial delivery, reschedule, or report an issue with a photo. The office sees it the moment it happens rather than at the end of the shift, and can re-plan the rest of the route around it.

TRUCK INVENTORY AND VARIANCE
Check what was loaded, track what has gone out across the day, and record returns. The variance between loaded and delivered is calculated for you, so short loads surface the same day instead of at the month-end count.

CHECKLISTS AND SAFETY
Complete pre-trip and post-trip checklists on the phone, raise a safety flag against a customer or a site, and start and end your shift with a tap.

FIELD SERVICE
Service tasks sit alongside deliveries on the same route. Complete a task, attach photos and a completion note, and it closes in the back office.

WORKS WHERE THE SIGNAL DOESN'T
Actions are queued when coverage drops and sync when it comes back, so a basement loading bay or a rural run does not cost you the record.

LOCATION
While you are checked in, the app shares your location with your employer's dispatch office so they can sequence work, give customers an accurate ETA, and know where their drivers are. Tracking runs only between check-in and check-out and can be turned off by checking out.

REQUIREMENTS
GGC Delivery App connects to your employer's Good as Gold server. You need driver credentials issued by your administrator. It is not a consumer app and has no function without an account.
