Thornhill Estate App offers a simplified multi-tenant property management solution that enhances community lifestyle by providing one integrated state-of-the art system which includes a mobile app that improves community management efficiency. This unique mobile application provides an all in one platform for enabling management companies, residential as well as commercial management to communicate with their members and for members to communicate with management.

There are plenty of features that this incredible app offers like:



A combined view of your profile and linked communities.

Members can receive push notifications on the app. All messages are combined in one place for example, Emails, Desk activity, Wallet activity, Emergency notifications etc

Trigger the emergency button and send instant notifications to your emergency contacts and linked armed response/control centre.

Add your wife, husband, child, au pair, domestic worker, gardener and link them to relevant communities

Use the mobile wallet for a cash free environment by sending money using QR codes or by entering a recipients wallet account number. Pay merchants ie Restaurant, Pro shop etc.

Members can Report an Issue straight from their app by logging a ticket for example for a burst pipe, Levy Queries, Broken streetlight, security concerns or general complaints and include photos and GEO location details in order for management address problems quickly and conveniently. Member will be kept in the loop with the status of ticket until its closed

Add your domestic worker / gardener / chef / au pair and share their details with the community

Members will be able to view relevant documents shared with them by management ie, Levy accounts, AGM docs, Newsletters etc.

View Important numbers of the community in the directory ie, HOA Office, , hospitals, etc. Members will be able to from the app click on the number or email and either the dialler or email will open on the device.

Members of the Board information can be loaded on the app by management.

Members will be able to post classifieds, selling their old or unused goods.

And view all classifieds posted by the users within that community

All upcoming events will filter through to the app which is controlled by management.

In the gallery Management can share relevant photos of the community ie Fun Run, Golf course etc.

View a list of service providers that are allowed to do work in the estates. 

The app also allows for safe and secure visitor control
