Each option allows for multiple file uploads, making it ideal for documents that come in pairs or sets (e.g., front and back of a card). Once a file is added to an option, a green visual indicator appears, giving users a clear signal that the slot is filled and ready for reference.

What sets this tool apart is its customization ability. While predefined collections and options cannot be deleted to maintain structure and prevent accidental data loss, users have full freedom to create their own collections and options based on their unique needs. For instance, someone may create a custom collection for "Medical Records" or "Work Documents" and fill it with personalized options like “Blood Report” or “Employment Contract.” These user-created categories are saved locally and remain available even after the app is closed, ensuring persistent and reliable access.
