In Gourmet Gloop, you drag your squishy green friend across the screen, gobbling up fresh fruits and vegetables to grow bigger and stronger. But watch out. Moldy bread, rotten tomatoes, and sneaky treats lurk among the fresh picks. Eat the wrong thing and you will shrink.

The rules are simple. Fill the Satiety Meter to the target before the meal timer hits zero. Run out of time or shrink too much after eating something nasty, and it is game over.

Build Balanced Diet combos by eating three different foods in a row. Complete the combo to gain a burst of speed, double points on every bite for a few seconds, and a flash of satisfaction. The bonus window is short, so make it count. Eating the same food back to back reduces your points repeatedly. Variety is the key to a high score.

Grab water droplets when they appear. They will not change your size, but they count toward combos and give you extra breathing room. Be careful with candy and sugar cubes. They offer high points but will shrink you and slow your movement temporarily.

Your furthest progress is saved automatically, so you can continue where you left off. Journey through 10 levels across three meal tiers. Each tier has its own board color and soft background ambience:

Breakfast (Levels 1 to 3): A gentle start with mostly healthy options and generous time
Lunch (Levels 4 to 7): Faster spawns, tighter timing, and more hazards
Dinner (Levels 8 to 10): Hard mode. Eat smart, avoid bad items, and beat the timer
