GlobalGros : achat en gros

GlobalGros is the online marketplace dedicated to wholesale purchasing in Ivory Coast. With the app, you can buy directly from Ivorian shops, wholesalers, and importers, by the lot, by the carton, or individually, depending on each seller's offers, and have your order delivered to Abidjan and other cities in the country. Sellers also have access to their shop's messaging system.

WHAT YOU CAN DO AS A BUYER

• Browse the catalog by category, brand, or search, with wholesale prices and volume discounts.

• Discover shops: a directory of sellers, each shop's page with its categories, wholesale products, reviews, and homepage; follow your favorite shops to find them easily.

• View the best deals, new arrivals, and current popular products.

• Save your favorites and recently viewed items to your phone. • Fill your cart, even with items from multiple stores at once, then check out in just a few screens: delivery address and town, delivery zone or pickup point, and a summary for each store with delivery costs.

• Choose your payment method before confirming: cash on delivery or online payment with Wave, on Wave's secure page in your phone's browser; the app never asks for your payment information.

• Track your orders: status, history, cancellation possible for 24 hours after ordering, and confirmation of receipt.

• Chat with the seller from a product page or order: messages, photos and attached documents, quotes to accept or reject, and PDFs to save or share.

• Leave a review on the products received, once delivery is confirmed.

• Manage your account: profile, photo, address book, password, and request account deletion directly from the app.

• Log in with your email and password, or continue using Google or Facebook.

SALESPEOPLE: YOUR STORE'S MESSAGING IN YOUR POCKET

• Log in with your seller account email and password (select "Seller" on the login screen).

• Read and reply to messages from your store, including photos and attached documents; see unread conversations at a glance.

• Send a quote that the customer accepts within the app (products from your catalog, discount, delivery time, payment method), up to five product cards or your catalog card.

• Your employees log in with their own credentials and the permissions you have granted them.

Complete management (products, orders, settings) remains in your globalgros.com seller account, accessible via a link in the app.

DESIGNED FOR IVORY COAST

• Entirely in French, prices displayed in CFA francs.

• Designed for 3G: Data saving is enabled by default, and previously viewed pages are instantly reopened.

• Delivery by district: Abidjan (Cocody, Yopougon, Abobo…), Greater Abidjan (Bingerville, Anyama…), major cities inland, and other cities; shipping costs depend on your district and are displayed before you confirm.

• No advertising, no ad tracking.
