مدرسة وروضة غرس | GHARS

Ghars Digital is the Ghars Modern School and Kindergarten app for communication between families and the school, and for tracking the school day. It integrates conversations, assignments, attendance, and student data into a user-friendly interface that supports both Arabic and English, and is linked to the school's services at ghars.school.

Organized Communication for Every Corner
Follow class-specific content, announcements, and discussions, all conveniently located within the chat for easy access. Private chats are available between parents and teachers, subject to school-defined permissions, in addition to a dedicated communication space for staff.

Messages and Attachments
Share text, images, videos, audio recordings, and files, and access educational vocabulary cards within the chats. Reply, forward, and interact are supported, with message dates and times displayed. Important conversations can be pinned to the device, and sent messages and interactions can be deleted according to the available permissions.

Tools for Teachers
Create assignments for selected classes and track posted assignments, record attendance, and access monthly assessment tools. Monthly lesson plans can also be added directly within the app.

Parent Tracking

Monitor your children's assignments, school results, and available data in your account. Communicate with the teacher through dedicated chats.

When the connection is weak, pending messages and attachments are saved on your device for resending when a connection is available. Data previously saved locally can be viewed during internet outages. Message and update delivery depends on network availability, the school server, and background application settings. Some pages and services require an internet connection.

The school website is at your fingertips. Explore the school and its general content, access the application form, and view the services published on its website. Access to student data and chats requires an authorized school account. Available tools vary depending on the user's role and permissions.

This application is for parents, school staff, and administration. Some services are website-based and may vary depending on what the school provides for your account.
