At Hanashi Sushi, we celebrate the diversity, flavor, and authenticity of Japanese cuisine with a modern and accessible approach. We specialize in sushi, but we go much further: we offer a wide variety of dishes, including traditional rice dishes, steamed bao rolls, comforting soups, and Asian-fusion appetizers, designed to satisfy all tastes.
Since our inception, we have focused on offering an authentic culinary experience, taking care of every detail: from the freshness of the ingredients to the aesthetics of the dish, the ambiance of our restaurants, and the warm service that characterizes us.
We have locations in Bogotá, Cali, and Bucaramanga, which has allowed us to connect with diverse audiences and build a community passionate about Japanese cuisine. Each restaurant has its own unique personality, but they all share the same essence: quality, flavor, and creativity.
