Say goodbye to booking conflicts and wasted time! Our Meeting Room Booking System is your one-stop solution for quickly and efficiently reserving meeting spaces right from your mobile device. Designed to solve common workplace frustrations, this app brings real-time availability and smart booking features to the palm of your hand.

Key Features:

Effortless Room Reservations: Secure a meeting room with just a few taps. Our system ensures you can't book the same room at the same time as someone else, eliminating frustrating double-bookings.

Real-Time Availability: Instantly view the status of all eight meeting rooms. See at a glance which rooms are vacant and when, so you can make your booking without any guesswork.

Flexible Groupings: Easily book the Helsinki and Bergen rooms together for larger teams and events, leveraging their combined 12-seater capacity.

Smart Time Management: Our system prevents you from booking multiple rooms at the same or conflicting times, ensuring fair access for everyone. Plus, if your meeting finishes early, you have the option to instantly mark the room as vacant for others to use.

Seamless Integration: Share your booked meeting room details and send calendar invitations directly to attendees via email, making coordination effortless.

Admin Control:

Application Admins (HR): Manage user access to rooms and handle room-booking approvals.

Office Admins: Block off rooms for specific purposes, with exclusive booking rights for themselves and Application Admins.

This system is built for all your team members, offering a tailored experience for every role while keeping the booking process simple and intuitive for everyone.
