Chicken Road 2 is an offline turn-based pixel RPG about a cartographer lost inside an unexplored nebula. Navigate procedurally generated star sectors, battle anomalies, collect resources, and find the orbital gate leading deeper into the drift.
Every action advances the world by one turn. Move across the map and the anomalies move with you, giving you as much time as you need to consider positioning and plan your next action. Move toward an anomaly to attack, use the WAIT command to skip a turn, or navigate with the directional controls, swipes, and map tiles.
Face four types of anomalies: Dust Drifters, Pulsar Mites, Voidlings, and Wandering Comets. Each has its own movement speed, hunting range, and attack strength, with greater dangers appearing as you reach deeper sectors.
Earn experience by defeating anomalies and deciphering ancient star maps. Increasing your navigator rank improves hull durability, attack, defense, and energy.
Three abilities provide additional options during difficult encounters. Solar Flare strikes the area around you, Warp Jump can pull you out of a dangerous position, and Stellar Mend repairs your hull. Energy gradually regenerates and can also be restored by collecting fragments.
Each expedition generates a new combination of maps, treasures, hazards, and anomalies. Sector generation always provides a route to the orbital gate that does not require Solar Flare, keeping every generated map traversable.
Unlock eight explorer suits by collecting stardust and reaching milestones based on expedition depth and defeated anomalies. Your selected suit appears in the menus, on the star map, and in your flight records.
Chicken Road 2 stores your 25 best expeditions locally, including score, depth, navigator rank, victories, fragments, and date.
Scoring rewards exploration and progression: collect fragments, defeat anomalies, clear sectors, increase your rank, and decipher relics to build a higher expedition score.
