The Eglin Golf Course offers 36-holes of championship golf. Open year-round, the facility is ranked 1st in Air Force Material Command, 3rd in US military courses overall and 61st in Florida. The course(s) are located 4 miles east of the Eglin AFB East Gate, on Highway 85 in Niceville. The Golf Course complex sits on 450 acres with 250 acres of fairways and greens covering two golf courses — the Eagle and the Falcon. With 65,000 rounds of golf on average played per year, there is a lot of beautiful property to see and golf to play here at Eglin. The course an Audubon Society golf facility — one of very few on this prestigious list, which makes us very proud to share it with you!

The Eglin Golf Course offers a wide range of services including: Pro Shop, golf carts, push carts, locker rental (daily or annually), rental clubs for all ages and playing ability, as well as a lighted driving range. A very nice practice complex features a chipping area with a sand bunker and a large lighted putting green. There are rain shelters on both courses and a lightning warning system has been installed for golfers' safety. Lessons are available for all ages, individually or as a part of a group. (Please contact the course for more information on lessons.) There are also junior golf programs, the "Get Golf Ready!" introductory program, and a GHIN handicap system monitored by the Florida State Golf Association.

Eglin's course utilizes an Air Force wide automated tee time system that customers can use to make advanced tee times based on your military and/or golf club status.

The complex is available to host special events, golf tournaments, and local community events.

The Pro Shop carries a wide selection of golf accessories and apparel. Friendly and knowledgeable staff members are always available to assist you with questions, whether you're shopping for yourself or for that special golfer in your life. Some items are limited for non-military guests to purchase based on military status. Golfing incidentals are always available for purchase.

Food services include The Turn snack bar, a cocktail bar, and beverage/snack carts on the course during special events and on weekends. The dining and lounge area has seating for 125 and offers a beautiful view of the course, as well as 3 large screen TV's for watching sporting events. This area is relaxing and offers golfers and guests the opportunity to sit and enjoy a cold beverage or a bite to eat after a great round of golf and discuss all the memories made! Hours may be limited based on season.
