Swaddled

Swaddled is a family support app for parents navigating neonatal care, NICU, SCBU, paediatric care, and medically complex childhood.

Nobody hands you a manual for this. Treatment plans arrive as a wall of acronyms. The most important decisions of your life land when you are least equipped to make them. Friends want to help, but they cannot always understand. Swaddled brings support into one calm place.

Understand the language
Type any medical term, procedure, or diagnosis and get a plain-English explanation. Ask again as often as you need. You never have to nod along.

Track the journey
Log milestones, feeds, medicines, and appointments. Keep photos and documents together. Celebrate the tiny steps that other people might miss.

Keep a private journal
Record thoughts, questions for the care team, and daily notes in one secure place, ready for ward rounds.

Look after yourself, too
Guided breathing, short check-ins, and NICU-specific support designed for the two minutes between visits.

Share the load
Invite a partner or family member so you are not carrying everything alone.

Find help when you need it
A support hub with articles, helplines, and trusted parent resources.

Swaddled was created by parents of three premature babies, combining lived experience with clinically grounded content.

Available for families in the UK and beyond.
