SyncMail: IMAP Email

Use the email address you already own on Android and Windows. SyncMail connects to compatible secure IMAP and SMTP mailboxes, including custom-domain business email. Your mailbox stays with your provider.

Keep everyday mail moving:

• Read, reply, reply all and forward
• Send with To, Cc, Bcc and attachments
• Work with Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Trash, Spam and custom folders
• Star, archive, move, mark as spam and delete messages
• Search loaded messages, filter, sort and load older mail
• Get automatic Android mail alerts and a Windows taskbar unread badge
• Choose from nine color themes

Messages, folders, read status and stars sync through your mail provider. Drafts use the provider's Drafts folder. SyncMail also offers encrypted local offline copies, plus encrypted signature and sender-name records stored in your own mailbox for syncing between devices.

Custom-domain accounts work with providers that allow secure standard IMAP/SMTP passwords or app passwords. Yahoo needs a provider-issued app password. Google sign-in is built in, but wider public availability is subject to Google's approval. Microsoft sign-in is not included in the public release while its approval remains pending.

One $5.99 Google Play purchase unlocks up to 20 active supported Android and Windows installations through emailed verification. There is no recurring SyncMail subscription. Download the Windows app and see activation instructions at https://syncmailapp.com/windows.html.
