About Us
Pizza Nest in Oakville serves artisanal hand stretch pizza made with the finest “00” wheat flour from Naples and fermented naturally for minimum of fifty-four hours with an ancient slow rising biga recipe. It is baked at 450 degree Celsius in our modern Moretti Forni stone oven assembled on site.
