Freelance Sailors

Freelance Sailors is the job board built specifically for yacht crew and the employers who hire them.

Browse structured job posts for sailing yachts, motor yachts, and shore-based roles — filtered by position, so you only see what's relevant to you. New posts go live instantly and you'll get a push notification the moment one is added.

For crew:
- Browse jobs by category and position (Captain, Chef, Stew, Deckhand, Engineer, and more)
- See vessel type, size, location, pay, and start date at a glance
- Contact employers directly — no middleman, no agency fees
- Post your own availability if you're looking for work

For employers:
- Post a crew position in minutes
- Reach an active pool of qualified sailors
- Manage your listings from your profile

Membership:
Freelance Sailors is a paid membership (billed annually) that unlocks the full job feed and posting. You can cancel anytime from your profile.

Trust & safety:
Every member can report or block another member directly from the app. We review reports and act on genuine issues quickly. Job posts must describe real crew positions — we remove anything that isn't.

Whether you're chasing your next season on a sailing yacht or hiring your next Captain, Freelance Sailors gets you there faster.
