The app was responsive and user friendly. The concierge chat feature was fantastic. I'm amazed by what can be done. Tours, personal recommendations to event photography, upgrades, backstage passes for Lady Gaga. They really tailor to your needs.
I used to love staying at "Four Seasons" while traveling with our family. It was always a real treat to stay there and was a place with the fondest of memories. I don't know if you can find these type of accommadations outside of the USA or not. But love them very much. And do hope they carry on in what they are lik...
