FOMIRS — Facilities Ops

FOMIRS is a facilities inspection system built for the people who keep sites
safe and running: inspectors, maintenance crews and operations managers.

Every asset gets an NFC tag. Walk up, tap your phone, and Fomirs shows exactly
which checks are due — no paperwork, no guessing, no missed inspections.

INSPECT WITH A TAP
• Scan NFC asset tags to open the right checklist instantly
• Record results in seconds: OK, warning or failed, with notes
• Attach photos as evidence and review reference images on the spot
• No tag nearby? Find any asset from the searchable list

STAY ON TOP OF THE DAY
• A live dashboard of today's checks, expired checks and open requests
• Drill down by area, asset, and staff member
• Clear status colors show what needs attention first

MAINTENANCE REQUESTS
• Raise a request the moment you spot an issue
• Categorize, assign to staff or teams, and track status to completion

REPORTS THAT ANSWER QUESTIONS
• Overview: inspection status across all assets, by team
• Maintenance: failed checks and open requests for any area or asset
• Inspection: who checked what, and when
• Assets: your most and least reliable equipment

BUILT FOR THE FIELD
• Register, edit and replace tags from the phone, including GPS position
and placement photos
• Fast, thumb-friendly interface designed for daily rounds
• Works with your organization's Fomirs server
