Flat Rate Tracker

Flat Rate Tracker is built for flat-rate automotive technicians who want their own simple way to track work orders, flagged hours, earnings, pay periods, and more.

Built specifically for technicians—not shop management—FRT gives you a personal record of the work you've completed and helps you understand your hours and pay.

Flat Rate Tracker 3.0 introduces a completely redesigned mobile experience, better Work Order tracking, new Pro tools, Teams, and a new platform built for what's next.

🔧 TRACK YOUR FLAT-RATE HOURS

• Quickly add and manage Work Orders
• Track hours by day, week, month, or pay period
• Track partial flags and work completed across multiple days
• Add individual jobs and hours to each Work Order
• Save common jobs for faster entry
• See detailed flagging history
• Review your work history anytime

💰 UNDERSTAND YOUR PAY

Set up how you're paid and let FRT estimate your earnings from the work you've tracked.

• See expected earnings from your flagged hours
• Set up and track pay periods
• Preserve historical pay information when your rate changes
• Set goals and track your progress
• View reports and trends over time

🧾 PAYTRACK

Pro users can compare their expected hours and pay against an actual paycheck.

Enter the totals from your paycheck and PayTrack compares them with the work you've tracked, making it easier to spot missing hours or other discrepancies.

📷 SCAN RO

Spend less time entering repair orders manually.

With Pro, take a photo of an RO and Scan RO can create a Work Order draft from it. Review the information, make any changes, and save it to your account.

🧰 TOOLTRACK

Keep track of your tools inside FRT. Pro users can organize tools, record warranty information, and keep track of tools they've loaned out.

📸 WORK ORDER PHOTOS

Pro users can attach photos directly to Work Orders so important images stay with the work they belong to.

☁️ ACCESS YOUR DATA ACROSS DEVICES

Flat Rate Tracker securely syncs your data with your account.

Add work from your phone at the shop, then view your hours, reports, and work history later from the web or another supported device.

👥 TEAMS

FRT Teams gives shops and groups shared technician management, goals, and reporting while keeping technicians' personal pay information private.

Technicians still get their own Flat Rate Tracker experience while participating in their Team.

🚗 MADE FOR AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIANS

Flat Rate Tracker isn't another shop management system. It's designed around the technician.

Whether you work at a dealership, independent repair shop, or anywhere else that uses flat-rate pay, FRT gives you your own record of your work, hours, and earnings.

⭐ SOLO & PRO

Solo includes the core Flat Rate Tracker experience for tracking Work Orders and flagged hours.

Pro adds Scan RO, PayTrack, ToolTrack, Work Order photos, and more.

New users can try Pro free for 14 days. No payment method is required to start your trial.

📱 FLAT RATE TRACKER 3.0

Version 3.0 introduces a completely redesigned mobile experience built specifically for phones and a rebuilt platform behind the scenes.

We'll continue improving layouts, workflows, and existing features while bringing new capabilities to FRT over time.

🔐 YOUR ACCOUNT

An account is required to securely sync your Flat Rate Tracker data across devices. Your account also works on the web, so your work isn't locked to your phone.

🛠️ BUILT FOR REAL-WORLD SHOP USE

Flat Rate Tracker continues to improve based on how technicians actually use it and the feedback we receive.
