Hem — the resident stylist — scores it out of ten, breaks the score down by color, fit, style match, and season, and tells you exactly what would push it a point higher. No cheerleading. No shame. Just the note a good friend with taste would give you before you walked out the door.

Score a look
Snap or upload a full-body photo. Pick the occasion (Work, Date, Wedding, Casual, Everyday). Hem returns a score, a short verdict, and pinpointed notes on each piece — trousers, jacket, shoes, accessories. You'll see where the outfit is landing before you commit to it.

Set your honesty preference — Kind, Honest, or Brutal — and Hem tunes the tone accordingly. Brutal doesn't mean mean; it means the tuxedo-with-sneakers moment gets called what it is.

Design a piece in the Studio
The AI Studio is your private atelier. Sketch a garment with prompts, attach reference images, guide the color palette, and let the generator produce a rendered piece. Iterate on it, save variations, and add the winner to your closet. The next time you score a look wearing that piece, the closet knows about it.

Keep a Journal
Every scored look lives in your Journal. Filter by occasion, weekday, or best fits. Watch your palette shift with the seasons. See how your average score trends month over month. On Sundays, a short letter from Hem summarizes the week — what worked, what patterns to notice, what to try.

Meet Hem
Hem isn't a chatbot with a beret. Hem is a lightweight editorial voice built on top of a vision model — trained to look at silhouette, proportion, color story, and context, and to speak like the magazine editor who liked you enough to be honest. Every note Hem writes is anchored to what's in the photo, not what a database of "trends" says you should be wearing.
