Weightloss Yoga:
These batches are for those who have never exercised or practiced yoga before. Those who are comfortable with yoga, those who want yoga at the highest intensity level and also those who want to continue toning and maintaining their ideal weight. Weightloss Yoga by Sakhiee addresses every cause of weight gain such as sedentary lifetstyle, unhealthy eating habits, hormonal imbalances, stress and anxiety.

Pregnancy Yoga:
Also known as Prenatal Yoga is specific form of yoga done in 2nd & 3rd trimester. It focuses on getting your body & mind ready for delivery through various asanas & meditations.
Prenatal Yoga by Sakhiee was started back in Feb 2021. Since then Sakhiee has achieved a great feat of helping 300+ Mothers, 250+ Deliveries and also 80%+ Normal Births.
Prenatal Yoga by Sakhiee currently works with 3+ Trainers who conduct more than 5+ batches daily.

Yoga to Conceive:
These batches are for women who want to conceive. Specific exercises will be covered which will control hormonal imbalances, weight and help you concieve quickly.

Post-natal Yoga:
Also known as post-partum yoga is done after the delivery. Postpartum yoga is a modified, low-intensity yoga practice. A lot of changes happens to your body after childbirth. This type of yoga is designed to help your body recover. Postpartum yoga offers the most benefits during the first 3 months after the childbirth.

Hormonal Yoga:
Hormonal yoga is a therapeutic form of yoga. It involves using various yoga poses to target the glands and organs responsible for hormone production. Breathing techniques in these sessions massage either the glands themselves or the muscles around the glands. The sequence also covers and promotes relaxation, calming breathing exercises and anti-stress techniques, which is helpful for balancing hormones.

Overall Fitness:
Our daily lives which are burdened with hectic work schedules and chores at home need a balancing act.
Yoga is that balancing act that has calming effect on the nervous system. It helps us relieve stress and tension and is an excellent way of improving our mental health and overall well-being.
