In this unique Academy, you can book your training in many disciplines with a single press of your finger.

This dedicated, purpose built, full time Academy is fully equipped and matted, with mirrored walls, punch bags, pull up bars, dip bars, changing and shower facilities. You can train from 7.30am until 10pm, 5 days a week and from 9am-4.30pm on weekends.

Located a few minutes walk from Hendon Central Tube Station (Northern Line) with easy access to buses and Hendon British Rail. Hendon is situated just off the North Circular (A406), A41 and M1 (between Junction 1 and 2).

We offer payment plans to suit everyone's needs from unlimited training fees to Pay As You Go.

The Academy has specialist, highly trained Instructors dedicated to children's classes, women's self defence, personal training and mixed adult classes.
