About Fishfall: Ring Puzzle
Turn the rings. Pour the fish. Fill the aquarium.
Fishfall is a casual ring puzzle for your phone. Schools of fish sit inside rings, and you spin each ring with a finger, like a dial, to steer them down into the aquarium. Every level sets a target: get the required number of fish into the tank.
On the way down, the fish pass through multiplier gates: ×2, ×3, ×5 and ×10. A school of ten can grow into a hundred and crash into the aquarium like a waterfall. The trick is deciding where that waterfall goes.
How it works
Rotate a ring to line its opening up with the path below, then let the fish drop. Rings open one at a time, so the order matters. Each choice decides which gate the fish pour through and how many reach the tank.
Puzzle mechanics
• Ring rotation — spin a ring in a circle with your finger to aim its opening
• Fish schools — every ring holds a school waiting to drop into the aquarium
• Multiplier gates — ×2, ×3, ×5 and ×10 gates multiply the school that passes through
• Opening order — choose which ring to open first and which gate to pour through
• Aquarium goal — collect the required number of fish to finish the level
• Shark — turn the opening so fish are not lost to the shark or swept past the tank
Made for thinking it through
The whole puzzle comes down to choices: which ring to open, which gate to use and where to point the opening. Every turn changes where the fish land, so you plan a step ahead before you pour. The rules are easy to read at a glance, and the satisfaction comes from a small school turning into a huge one.
