The app offers you up to 20 different breathing exercises to help debilitate your stress and anxiety. In addition, panicPROTECTOR includes a “Mood Diary” to evaluate and monitor your emotional state daily.

* THE “MOOD DIARY”: The panicPROTECTOR graphic diary allows you to document certain parameters daily, such as mood, energy, or sleep quality. Over time, you will be able to monitor stress levels, their development and how your breathing exercises can impact the results.
Take just a few minutes every day to document your individual parameters like mood, energy, appetite, sleep, etc. in a questionnaire. We recommend two entries per day: One right after waking up and one just before going to bed. You may soon be able to identify possible triggers of an altered mood and develop counter-strategies.

You also have access to the “Mood Diary”. The results will be saved twice a day and then displayed for the duration of 7 consecutive days, allowing you to monitor your progress.
Subscription Option: This option offers you 10 additional breathing exercises that are even more effective and can make you a master at breathing. You have also the option to track your mood development over weeks and months.
