God's Eye View: 3D Earth Globe

Importance: This an Andriod clone of the opensource project God’s Eye View desktop app. Please go to github if you want the original app.

God’s Eye View is an advanced 3D geospatial intelligence console for planet Earth. Combining a photorealistic 3D WebGL globe engine with native Android hardware acceleration, God’s Eye View gives you a real-time, hands-free operational view of global air traffic, satellite orbits, seismic activity, active wildfire hotspots, live traffic flow, and undersea telecommunications infrastructure.
Whether you are an aviation enthusiast, satellite tracker, OSINT analyst, meteorologist, or curious observer of our planet, God’s Eye View delivers a high-performance, dark-mode tactical command experience right on your phone or tablet.
🌟 Key Features & Capabilities
• 🌍 Photorealistic 3D Globe Engine: Explore planet Earth with smooth 60 FPS 3D WebGL navigation, multi-touch pinch zoom, two-finger tilt, and camera rotation.
• ✈️ Live Aircraft Tracking (ADS-B): Monitor global flights, commercial airliners, and military aviation in real-time with altitude, speed, and callsign telemetry.
• 🛰️ Satellites & Space Missions: Track low-Earth orbit satellites, space stations (ISS), and active orbital trajectories powered by real-time SGP4 orbital mechanics.
• 🔥 NASA FIRMS Active Fires & Wildfires: High-precision thermal hotspot detections from NASA MODIS and VIIRS satellite sensors updated daily.
• 🌋 USGS Seismic Activity & Earthquakes: Real-time earthquake epicenter markers, magnitude filters, and depth mapping worldwide.
• 🚗 Live Traffic Flow & Network Density: Live traffic flow visualization and road network congestion analytics.
• 📹 Global CCTV Feeds: Stream live public camera viewpoints across major global metropolitan hubs and transit centers.
• 🌊 Submarine Telecommunication Cables: Inspect global undersea fiber-optic cable lines and landing stations powering the internet.
• ⚡ "POWER UP" Provider Key Manager: Runs 100% keyless out of the box using open data feeds! Optionally add your own API keys (Google Maps 3D Tiles, OpenAI, AISStream, TomTom, NASA FIRMS, Cesium Ion) to unlock higher data quotas.
• 📱 Adaptive Material 3 UI Shell: Responsive Android Jetpack Compose UI with adaptive bottom sheets, side control panels, floating map controls, and dark sci-fi glassmorphism design.
• 🔋 Dynamic Hardware & Thermal Governor: Intelligent on-device thermal monitoring (PowerManager) and battery-saver governor automatically optimize frame rates and rendering resolution to keep your device cool.
• 📍 Native Sensor & GPS Location Integration: Fused location provider and rotation vector compass sensors for precise heading and positioning on the globe.

🚀 Future Roadmap
We are continuously evolving God's Eye View. Here is what's coming in upcoming releases:
• 🎙️ Cloud-Hosted OpenAI Realtime Voice Interaction: Hands-free natural language voice commands ("Fly to Tokyo", "Show active satellites over Europe") powered by low-latency WebRTC.
• 📦 100% Offline Vector Tile & Region Caching: Download local offline map regions and GeoJSON layers to explore the globe without an active internet connection.
• 🖼️ Picture-in-Picture (PiP) Tracking Mode: Keep satellite passes or active flight tracks rendering in a small floating window while using other Android apps.
• 📺 Android TV & Gamepad / D-Pad Support: Full joystick and D-Pad navigation support for immersive big-screen TV command centers.
🛡️ Privacy & Security
• No Account Required: Explore keyless immediately upon launch.
• Direct HTTPS Feeds: Public telemetry feeds connect directly from client APIs without hidden data collection.
• Local Credentials: Optional provider API keys are stored encrypted inside native Android SharedPreferences on your device only.
