Some requirements when opening a loan at F88:
- Be a Vietnamese citizen, aged from 18 to 65 years old
- Has official CCCD
- Must have motorbike registration/passport or car registration/passport

Details of the loan package are as follows:
- Loan package value is based on the value of the customer's mortgaged assets
- Loan term from 3 months to 18 months
- Maximum loan interest rate is 13.2%/year
- Loan application processing fee:
+ Fee for assessing Customer's loan conditions: 1.4% / month
+ Mortgage asset management fee: 3.5% / month.
- Late payment fee: 0.1% x Principal debt x violation time (days).
