Kids Screen Reset

Kids Screen Reset is a parent's pocket tool for the hardest five minutes of the day: ending screen time without a meltdown.

Know what to say:

• 25+ word-for-word transition scripts, organized by age band (2–4, 5–7, 8–11) and situation — bedtime, dinner, car rides, waiting rooms, post-meltdown calm.
• Warm, zero-judgment language you can read straight off the screen.

Make the timer the messenger:

• A calm, low-stimulation countdown timer becomes the neutral third party — "the timer says wind-down" — so you don't have to play the villain.

Have the next thing ready:

• 30+ offline activity swap cards with filters, so "screens off" is immediately followed by "here's what we're doing instead."
• Routine packs for the moments you repeat every week.
• Save favorites on your device and build your family's go-to resets.

Kids Screen Reset is a parent-facing utility, not a kids' app, a parental-control tool, or a monitoring dashboard. There are no accounts, no ads, no tracking, and no child data — no profiles, no names, no photos, nothing leaves your device. It works 100% offline.

The app offers practical scripts and activity ideas, not medical, psychological, or behavioral advice, and it makes no promises about changing any child's behavior. Every family is different — take what works for yours.
