Eventy OCR

Eventy OCR helps you run smoother events by turning paper and on-site documents into usable text on your phone.
What you can do
Scan documents with the in-app camera—think tickets, registration forms, badges, and handouts.
Extract text (OCR) so names, numbers, and details are easy to copy, review, and work with.
Organize around events—create and work with events and related flows in one place.
Reach the right people when you need to follow up, with contact-related tools where your app supports them.
Why teams use it
Less manual typing at the door or behind the table.
Fewer mistakes from rushed handwriting or bad lighting.
A quicker path from “paper in hand” to “data you can use.”
Good to know
Camera and (where applicable) storage or media access are used only to capture and process the images you choose.
For best results, use good light, hold the phone steady, and frame the full document in view.
Eventy OCR is built for organizers, staff, and anyone who needs dependable on-the-spot scanning and text extraction during live events.
