Scholar Guide

Scholar Guide is a research documentation and management application designed to help PhD scholars organize their research-related activities, proposal services, publication progress, payments, communication, and support requests from a single platform.
The application provides scholars with visibility into their proposal-related services and milestone-based tasks. Users can track the progress of individual services, complete assigned tasks, review required documents, and monitor the status of their research documentation.
The Publication module helps scholars track the progress of submitted documents and publications through different stages, from submission to publication. Users can view the current status of their publication-related activities and stay informed about updates.
The Payment module provides information about completed and upcoming payments. Where applicable, users can view payable items and proceed through the available payment flow.
The application also provides communication and support features. Scholars can communicate with the research team through chat, raise tickets for documentation-related queries, and track the status of submitted requests.
Notifications keep users informed about relevant proposal, publication, payment, support, and application updates.
Scholar Guide is intended for PhD scholars and authorized users who use the platform for managing research documentation and related services.
