Fitback

Fitback is a health and wellness engagement app that transforms healthy habits into points, challenges, and rewards, connecting people, companies, and quality of life initiatives in a simple, motivating, and measurable way.

Developed to support corporate programs, internal marketing campaigns, and health promotion projects, Fitback uses gamification mechanics to encourage the adoption and maintenance of positive daily habits. Through physical challenges, wellness activities, educational content, and participation in events, users accumulate points based on their engagement, strengthening consistency and the feeling of progress.

In Fitback, every interaction counts. Users can register activities, participate in individual or group challenges, track their score, view their progress, and redeem rewards when they reach the goals set by the active campaign. The entire process is intuitive, accessible, and designed to encourage continuous self-care, not just occasional activities.

For companies and institutions, Fitback is a strategic engagement tool, allowing the creation of customized campaigns with rules, challenges, scores, and communications aligned with project objectives. The platform promotes active employee participation, expands the reach of preventive health initiatives, and generates relevant data on engagement and adherence to proposed programs.

Fitback can be used in different contexts, such as corporate challenges, seasonal programs, health promotion campaigns, in-person events, and hybrid initiatives, always with the goal of encouraging healthier choices, strengthening the sense of belonging, and making the wellness journey lighter, more accessible, and more rewarding.
