ERM Online

ERM Online: your workplace portal, on the go

ERM Online brings your organisation's ERM portal to your phone. You can log requests, track their progress, complete forms and keep on top of your tasks from anywhere, without needing a desktop.

Secure single sign-on
Sign in with your existing work account. ERM Online supports Okta and Microsoft Azure (Entra ID), so there are no extra passwords to remember and your organisation's security policies still apply.

Raise new requests
Log facilities and service requests in seconds. Add the details, attach photos with your camera and submit them straight to the right team.

Track open requests
See every request you've raised in one place. Check its status, view the full details and follow it through to completion.

Forms at your fingertips
Fill in your organisation's forms right from your phone, from catering requests to confidential bullying and harassment reports. The forms are simple to use and are sent securely.

To-do list
Check the tasks assigned to you and work through them as they come in, so nothing gets missed.

Pending documents
Review and act on the documents waiting for you, wherever you are.

Boardroom and room bookings
Check availability and book meeting spaces quickly.

Choose your profile and site
If you work across more than one ERM profile or website, you can switch between them easily inside the app.
