PWI Convene

I used the PWI Convene at the New Canaan Society conference which lasted for 3 days. I hadn't used a conference app before, but this one was super user friendly. I constantly found myself going to the app to look for the agenda and didn't even need my booklet.

I was surprised to see how many conferences use PWI Convene for their events. Really helped being able to see them before we ended up deciding to use it for our own conference.

I am so thankful that the Exodus Cry used PWI Convene, it made the whole experience a million times better.

This made the whole NCS conference so easy to navigate. We stayed at the Omni Shoreham in DC and it's a pretty big hotel with a lot of rooms. Thankful they offered us the app and extremely thankful for how easy it was to use.

I ended up being able to completely customize the app's color, fields, style before we published our conference to the app. Needless to say, it was a big hit with our audience! Excited to use it again next year.

I don't know why every conference doesn't have a conference app. Printing booklets is a waste of money when there are such easy apps to use like this one.
