Beckers Automação

Beckers Automação's field app for the technical team to record, track, and deliver maintenance reports for industrial fans — from receiving the equipment to delivering the PDF report to the customer.

Designed for use in the workshop and on the factory floor, Beckers Automação replaces paper notes and loose spreadsheets with a guided workflow that ensures no information from the work order is left behind.

5-STEP GUIDED REPORT
• Client — select the client from the database
• Service Order — service order number, incoming invoice, and equipment arrival date
• Fan Model — brand, external diameter, number of blades, structure type, and power
• Diagnosis — record the defects found in each diagnostic field, define the corresponding repair level, and add observations
• Summary — review everything before sending

PHOTOGRAPHIC RECORD
• Capture photos with the camera or select from the gallery
• Attach images to the report and internal record
• View in full screen, with zoom

INTERNAL REPORT
In addition to the client report, the team records an internal diagnosis with photos
of their own — technical information that remains with Beckers and is not included in the document delivered to the client.
