- Reservations from Butler appear here, so damage is tied to the stay it happened during
- The cost is recorded as an expense on that reservation, or as a deduction from the deposit
- The amount goes straight into Butler's income and expense reports
- Nothing needs to be entered twice

Everything in the property is described once and stays described.
- Furniture, appliances, electronics, textiles, kitchenware, outdoor equipment
- Organised per property and per room
- Photo, purchase date, price and supplier for each item
