Contigo is an Emergency application, an Argentine company that seeks to improve people's lives.

It allows you to request assistance remotely from the Contigo call center, in the event of a need for urgent medical assistance or simply in response to a request for help with everyday life issues.

HOW DOES IT WORK:

The main screen offers two buttons that allow you to generate urgent alerts or assistance requests that will be responded to by a qualified operator from our service center. When generating the alert, the device will also send its geo-location data (via triangulation of cellular antennas and GPS if activated on the mobile).

With this data, the operator:

- A Verification Call will be made to the mobile phone since the alert was issued to confirm it.

- It will confirm the type of alert and the exact location of the emergency.

- In the event that the Verification Call is not answered, notification will be given to the contacts loaded in the application, informing the geolocation data sent by the mobile phone at the time the alert was issued.



TERMS OF USE

To use this application you must:

- Be within the coverage of the Contigo service (consult the Customer Service Center)

- Have a data network connection



IMPORTANT NOTICES

- In an emergency situation, always remember to contact the public security service.

- The use of Contigo may generate additional consumption of data or SMS resulting in extra billing by the cell phone service provider. These billings will be paid by the cell phone service customer.

- Geolocation data depends on factors external to Contigo and may not be accurate or may not even be received by the Contigo Central.

- Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically drain your device's battery.
