"Dog Tracking Map" is a stray dog ​​tracking app centered around citizen participation, allowing every user to become a "dog tracking observer" and share their concerns about the distribution and current status of stray dogs in their community. By taking photos on the app, users can automatically locate the location of the photo and manually enter observed information, such as the total number of dogs present, the number of female dogs, and whether they were wearing collars. These records are instantly uploaded to the cloud, creating a Taiwan-wide dog tracking map, helping government agencies, animal protection groups, and research institutions understand stray dog ​​hotspots and population changes.
