The BariFit App is an exclusive online health and fitness coaching platform that was designed to complement bariatric surgery, and ultimately, enhance patient results. The program was developed by a team of professionals who understand the specific needs of the bariatric patient. The program includes: simple yet effective workouts in the app; healthy meal planning; accountability; on-going support and access to an exclusive online community comprised of coaches and bariatric surgeons.
Since we pride ourselves on being an inclusive health-focused community, we also welcome anyone who has lost weight on their own or using GLP-1s and wants to improve their quality of life by incorporating resistance training , nutritious foods and other healthy habits.
