From its humbled beginnings in Melbourne, Australia, APPI's unique program of rehabilitation based Pilates programs has lead the world for over 14 years. We are committed to delivering Physiotherapy and Pilates to as many people as we can through our brilliant international partners and our onsite clinics (UK only).
The APPI Pilates app will give you access to a community of physiotherapists, pilates instructors and fitness professionals offering a range of exercise videos and insider tips and tricks. Stay engaged with your course and clinic activities through the Events calendar and the in-built APPI Community, where you can ask or reply to questions, see what APPI members are doing in your area and connect directly with APPI master trainers and clinicians.
